Subscription and booking office at the new Service Centre

Starting on 20 November 2019, there is a new Service Centre for visitors to the Wiener Staatsoper which will benefit primarily (but not exclusively) Wiener Staatsoper’s many regular patrons. The Service Centre (disabled access from the Operngasse side of the Wiener Staatsoper arcades, standing room entrance) now brings together the two subscription and booking offices directly at the Wiener Staatsoper.

Starting on Wednesday, 20 November 2019, the Service Centre’s staff are available to all visitors from Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. (Wednesday 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.).

The cost of the conversion of the existing premises is being borne by Wiener Staatsoper and Bundestheater-Holding, but was also made possible by a generous private donation by Ernst Schuh-Marvin.
