World Ballet Day 2023

Wednesday, 1 November 2023, from 3 pm

First, immerse yourself in daily ballet training together with our Vice Ballet Director Louisa Rachedi and the Vienna State Ballet.

Then we will give you an insight into Martin Schläpfer's rehearsal work for his choreography »Third Piano Concerto« (with Mila Schmidt and Gabriele Aime), which will premiere at the Volksoper Wien on 12 November as part of our premiere »The moon wears a white shirt«.

And finally we will show you two rehearsal excerpts from Elena Tschernischova's »Giselle« with Elena Bottaro, Hyo-Jung Kang, Davide Dato and Brendan Saye.

The performance will be available on Youtube and Facebook from 3 pm on 1 November.
