Clifton Taylor
Clifton Taylor has created lighting designs for Broadway as well as opera, theater and dance companies around the world. He has worked with Karole Armitage since the 1990s. His designs for dance have been commissioned for the repertories of the Royal Ballet London, Hong Kong Ballet, Rambert Dance Company, Mikhailovsky Theatre, American Ballet Theatre, San Francisco Ballet, Boston Ballet and Washington Ballet among others. He has received the prestigious »Knight of Illumination« award in the UK for his work in dance lighting. His book Color & Light has become a standard text for lighting programs all over the world.
