The loggia, which is directly connected to the Schwindfoyer via three passages, offers a view of Vienna's Ringstrasse. The Schwind Loggia and the Schwind Foyer were magnificently designed by the Viennese painter Moritz von Schwind in the style of historicism and dedicated to the genre of opera.
Both rooms were extensively restored in the course of the 150th anniversary of the Haus am Ring and shine in new splendor. The Schwind loggia is glazed and heated in the cooler months of the year.
