Concerts of the Opernschule

The young singers of the Opernschule of the Vienna State Opera can be seen and heard twice in March. First at NEST – the new venue of the Vienna State Opera – and then on the Main Stage of our house.
The first one will be on March 9th and it'll be called »Lost and Found«. Pieces by Schubert, Bach, Bruckner, Zelenka and Philip Glass are on the bill.
Then, on March 18th, they will sing St. John Passion by Johann Sebastian Bach with soloists of the Opernschule. Johannes Mertl, the head of the Opernschule, will conduct the concert himself.
