Devin Eatmon
American tenor Devin Eatmon grew up in The Villages, Florida. He earned his bachelor's and master's degrees from Florida State University (2015-20).
During the 2022/23 season, Devin sang Spoletta (Tosca), Nathaniel and Spalanzani (Les contes d’Hoffmann), and Flavio (Norma) at the Palm Beach Opera. He was also the understudy for the leading roles of Pinkerton, Cavaradossi, and Pollione.
In the summer of 2024, he was the cover for the role of Rodolfo in La Boheme at both Wolf Trap Opera and Opera Theater of Saint Louis and sang the role of the German guard in Kevin Puts' Silent Night (WTO). For the OTSL Center Stage Concert, Devin sang the septet as Hoffmann (Les contes d’Hoffmann) with the St. Louis Symphony Orchestra.
Devin Eatmon has been a member of the Studio of the Vienna State Opera the 2024/25 season. He is a recipient of the 2025 Opera Foundation Award of America and has been awarded a scholarship from the Opera Foundation for the 2025/26 season.
His roles at the Vienna State Opera include Main Top (Billy Budd), Third Jew (Salome), First Grail Knight (Parsifal), Spoletta (Tosca), First armoured man (Die Zauberflöte), Faninal's Major-Domo (Der Rosenkavalier) and Roderigo (Otello).
