Devin Eatmon

The American tenor Devin Eatmon grew up in The Villages, Florida, and is a recipient of the Harold S. Schwartz Music Scholarship.
In summer 2024, he portrayed Rodolfo in La Bohème at both Wolf Trap Opera and Opera Theater of Saint Louis and sang the German Sentinel in Kevin Puts’ Silent Night (WTO). At the OTSL Center Stage Concert, Devin performed Offenbach’s septet as Hoffmann under Patricia Racette’s direction with the St. Louis Symphony Orchestra.
In the 2022–24 seasons, Devin performed at Palm Beach Opera as Spoletta (Tosca), Nathanaël and Spalanzani (Les contes d’Hoffmann), and Flavio (Norma). He has also performed lead roles including Pinkerton, Cavaradossi, and Pollione, along with scenes from Rusalka and Die tote Stadt.
In the 2020–21 season, Devin performed at Opera Colorado and the Aspen Music Festival, where he sang scenes as Rodolfo (La Bohème), Alfredo (La Traviata), and Candide (Candide).
Devin Eatmon earned his master’s and bachelor’s degrees at Florida State University (2015–20), performing roles such as Villiers (Prince of Players), Curley (Of Mice and Men), Rodolfo (La Bohème), and Edgar Aubrey (Der Vampyr).
From the 2024/25 season, Devin Eatmon is a member of the Vienna State Opera Studio. For the 2025/26 season, he is a scholarship holder of The Opera Foundation New York.
His roles include Main Top (Billy Budd), Dritter Jude (Salome), Erster Gralsritter (Parsifal), Spoletta (Tosca), 1st Geharnischter (Die Zauberflöte), and Haushofmeister bei Faninal (Der Rosenkavalier).
