Between the elaborate rehearsals for current productions, well-known members of the company come to the Gustav Mahler Saal for an informal chat.

As part of this exclusive series of events for the Official Circle of Friends, its members have the opportunity to experience their favorite artists up close and hear exciting stories from their everyday artistic lives and professional careers. Naturally, questions can also be put to the artists.

FAQ

For most events in the Gustav Mahler-Saal, there is free seating.

Selected events in the Gustav Mahler Hall have a break.

You can find out whether the event you have booked has an interval directly via the service newsletter.

Events organized by the Official Circle of Friends do not have an interval.

Information about your visit

Wardrobe

Depending on the size of the event, there are free checkrooms next to the entrances on the Operngasse side or directly in the Gustav Mahler Saal itself.

Punctuality

We kindly ask you to arrive punctually for the performances.
Admission is not possible after the start of the performance – with the exception of events organized by the Official Circle of Friends.

Admission

Admission is always from 30 minutes before the start of the performance.

For selected events, admission is possible from 1 hour before the start.
