Annette Dasch

Hailing from Berlin, ANNETTE DASCH is one of the leading sopranos of our time. She frequently appears on stage at major opera houses and festivals across the world. Her latest engagements include Elsa (Lohengrin) at the Frankfurt Opera and at the Deutsche Oper Berlin. Her most significant roles of late include Donna Elvira (La Scala, Milan, Berlin State Opera, Bavarian State Opera in Munich), Contessa in Mozart's Le nozze di Figaro (Royal Opera House Covent Garden London, Teatro Real Madrid, Théâtre des Champs-Elysees in Paris, Metropolitan Opera New York, Frankfurt Opera), Fiordiligi in Così fan tutte (Bavarian State Opera Munich, Salzburg Easter Festival), Armida (Salzburg Easter Festival), Antonia (Opéra National de Paris), Elisabeth (Frankfurt Opera), Elsa (Bayreuth Festival, La Scala Milan, Bavarian State Opera Munich, Gran Teatre del Liceu Barcelona), Eva (Budapest Festival, Metropolitan Opera New York), Martinus Juliette (Zurich Opera House) and Cordelia (Opéra de Paris). In 2014, Annette Dasch was awarded the Federal Merit Award (Bundesverdienstkreuz am Bande).
