Refund of tickets for changed performances

You have purchased your tickets online, by telephone or through the Vienna State Opera Order Office:

Please scan your tickets and send them to tickets@wiener-staatsoper.at.

You purchased your tickets at the box offices of the Bundestheater:

If you purchased your tickets in person at our Federal Theater box offices, please come to the Federal Theater box offices with your tickets to process the refund. If you originally paid by debit or credit card, please take them with you if necessary. You can find the opening hours here.

You did not buy your tickets at the Bundestheater

Please contact the respective ticket office.
