Marco Ciaponi was born in 1989 in Barga (Lucca). He has studied with Rebecca Berg and he is now specializing under the guidance of Cinzia Forte. He is the winner of such International Competitions as Operalia 2017 (Zarzuela Prize); Renata Tebaldi International Singing Competition in San Marino (Second Prize); Flaviano Labò International Singing competition 2015 in Piacenza (First Prize); “Voci Verdiane” International Singing Contest (First Prize) in Busseto. He made his debut in 2014 as Nemorino in L’elisir d'amore at Teatro Municipale in Piacenza and in the following years he has sung the same role at Teatro Petruzzelli in Bari, Opera House of Tblisi, Teatro Goldoni in Livorno, Teatro Sociale di Rovigo.
