| Reductions for children |
A maximum of 100 tickets, but no fewer than 25, are allocated to children below the age of 14 (photo identification necessary) for every performance except premières and 31st December. These tickets can be purchased at a flat rate of € 15 (regardless of the price category selected), and are available from the ticket offices the day ticket sales for the desired performance commence. Written ticket orders may be made from the Austrian provinces and abroad.
PLEASE NOTE: You will get a receipt when you purchase children's tickets from the ticket offices for opera performances. This receipt must be exchanged for an admission ticket at the box office at least 20 minutes before the performance when the child comes to the opera. |

| Last-minute tickets |
If tickets are still available for a performance, some of these tickets will be available for purchase only for holders of the bundestheater.at-CARD (max. 4 tickets per CARD and performance) for a flat rate of € 30.- each. Such tickets must be purchased the day before the performance from the ticket offices from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. (Saturday, Sunday and holidays: 9 a.m.- to 12 noon), or from the box office in arcades (Monday to Friday: 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., Saturday: 9 a.m. to 12 noon).
